o using the latest 32-bit processor computing core .

Operating Instructions


Set the number of segments


By the SW5-SW8 four DIP switches to set the number of micro-step breakdown of the drive , which has 15 stalls micro-step . Users set the micro-step


When broken down , stop the drive to run. See detailed breakdown set the table .


Output current setting


The SW1-SW3 three DIP switches to set the driver output current , the output current total of eight files.


Automatic half current function


Users can set the drive through SW4 automatic half current function. Quiescent current is set to half off said dynamic current,


on said quiescent current and dynamic current is the same . General applications should SW4 is set to off, so that the motor and drive


Reduce heat , improving reliability . After a burst of about 0.4 seconds to stop automatically reduced to about half of the current ( actual value


60% ) , the theoretical heat to 36 %.


Signal Interface


PUL + and PUL- control pulse signal positive terminal and a negative terminal , the pulse rising edge ; HIGH 4 ~ 5V, low


When 0 ~ 0.5V. For reliable response to the pulse signal , the pulse width should be greater than 1.2μs. If using +12 V or +24 V


1K or 2K takes string resistance ;

DIR + and DIR- signal for the direction of the positive terminal and a negative terminal ; high / low signal , in order to ensure reliable motor commutation, directional radio


No pulse signal should be at least 5μs established. The initial wiring of the motor with the motor running direction is related to any swap


Phase winding (e.g., A +, A- exchange ) can change the initial operation of the motor driving , the DIR- HIGH 4 ~ 5V, LOW


When 0 ~ 0.5V. Such as when using +12 V or +24 V 1K or 2K series resistor required .

ENA + and ENA- enable signal to the positive terminal and a negative terminal . This input signal is used to enable or disable . ENA + pick +5 V, ENA


- Then low ( or internal optocoupler conduction ) , the drive current of the motor will cut off all phases of the motor in a free state ,


At this step pulse is not responding. When not required for this function, you can enable signal end vacant .


Motor Interface


Positive and negative terminals B + and B- phase winding connected to the stepper motor B ; A + and A- negative terminal connected to the A-phase stepper motor winding. When A,


B positive and negative exchange any two-phase windings of a group , can make the reverse motor direction .


Power Interface


AC or DC power supply operating voltage range recommendations : DC36-110VDC, or AC20-AC90V, electricity

Indicator


Drive has two red and green lights . Where the green light for the power indicator on the drive power when the green light ; red light is
